You are responsible for your account, its security, and all activity under it. You must be old enough to use Swepty in your country.
You own the content you post but grant Swepty a licence to host and display it. Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Sellers must accurately describe products, honor orders, and comply with our seller policy and prohibited-items rules.
Payments are processed by our providers. Swepty may deduct a marketplace commission and processing fees on transactions.
Tips, subscriptions, affiliate and payouts are governed by our monetization policy. You are responsible for your taxes.
Weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeits, stolen goods and other restricted items may not be listed. See our prohibited-items list.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Swepty is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
