Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited, which operates Swepty. By using Swepty you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Accepting these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Swepty. You must be old enough to hold an account in your country.
2. Your account
You sign in through auth.ng. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Do not impersonate others or run accounts to evade a ban.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, videos, and listings you create. You are responsible for them, and you confirm you have the rights you need to post them and to grant the licence below.
4. The licence you give us
So that Swepty can work, when you post content you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, adapt for delivery, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies already shared by others, reasonable backups, and where the law requires us to retain it.
5. Rules for using Swepty
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. In short: nothing illegal, no harassment or hate, no scams, no infringing other people's rights.
6. Buying on Swepty
When you buy, you agree to the listing details and price shown at checkout. Read the listing, including delivery and return terms, before you order. If an order goes wrong, raise it through the order so we have a record and can help. Buyer protection details are in our help centre.
7. Selling on Swepty
- List only goods you have the right to sell, describe them honestly, and set clear delivery and return terms.
- No illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or infringing goods, and nothing whose sale is restricted by law.
- Deliver what you promise, on time, and handle returns fairly.
- You are responsible for your listings, your sales, and any tax that applies to them.
Swepty provides the marketplace but is not the seller of user-listed goods and does not guarantee any listing. We may remove listings, hold or reverse a transaction, or step in to help resolve a dispute where our policies allow.
8. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Seller payouts run on a schedule once funds clear, and we may hold or withhold a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a policy breach, or a dispute, telling you why where we can. Any fees are shown before you list or check out.
9. Our intellectual property
Swepty, its name, design, and software are owned by Bolrach Technologies Limited and protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service normally.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Swepty and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access, or remove content and listings, if you break these terms or the policies they reference, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect users. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to put things right.
11. Disclaimers
Swepty is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Content and listings are created by users and do not represent our views.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Swepty and Bolrach Technologies Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bolrach Technologies Limited's place of operation, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
