Community Guidelines

Swepty works when people can shop, sell, and create with trust. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply to your profile, posts, listings, live streams, and messages, and go with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

1. The spirit of Swepty

Share things you are proud of and sell things you would happily buy. Assume good faith in others, and add to the community rather than tearing it down.

2. Safety, especially for minors

Nothing on Swepty may endanger children. Content that sexualises minors, or exposes them to harm, is banned and reported to the authorities. We do not run advertising or advertising and analytics tracking against users we know to be minors.

3. Respect and harassment

No hate, threats, or harassment based on who someone is. No doxxing, no coordinated abuse, and no misusing reviews or reports to punish a seller or buyer unfairly.

4. Trade honestly

Describe what you sell truthfully, use real photos, honour your delivery and return terms, and never sell illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe goods. Buyers, pay through Swepty and raise problems through the order rather than taking matters into your own hands.

5. Authenticity

Be who you say you are. No impersonation, no fake engagement or reviews, no scams, and no misleading captions or thumbnails just to farm views or sales.

6. Reporting and enforcement

To flag something, use the report option on the post, listing, or stream. Depending on the situation we may remove content or a listing, hold a payout, limit features, or close an account, and report to the authorities where required. For anything else, reach us through the contact page.
