A cheap price might get a customer to try your business once. Trust is what makes them come back. In business, people are not only paying for a product or service. They are paying for certainty. They want to know that their money is safe. That their order will arrive. That you will respond when something goes wrong. That you will keep your word. This is why two businesses can offer almost the same product at different prices, yet customers consistently choose one over the other. Trust is built through small things: keeping promises, communicating clearly, admitting mistakes, protecting customers, and doing what you said you would do. The interesting thing about trust is that it takes time to build but only a moment to damage. So, sometimes the question shouldn't be, “How can we become cheaper?” It should be, “How can we become more reliable?” Because customers may search for the cheapest option, but they stay with the business they trust. #Business#CustomerExperience
