Do What Is Right, Not What Is Easy Doing what is right is not always the easiest choice. Sometimes, the easy option is to remain silent, take a shortcut, avoid responsibility, or simply do what everyone else is doing. But easy choices can have consequences that last much longer than the moment. Doing the right thing may require courage. It could mean admitting a mistake, returning something that does not belong to you, telling the truth when lying would be more convenient, or standing up for someone who cannot defend themselves. You may not always receive praise for making the right decision. In fact, sometimes nobody may even know about it. But your character is built by the choices you make when there is no audience. Life will always present moments when the easy path and the right path are different.
